J-123, codenamed "The Mindscape" is a room type in Pressure that can be found in the Hadal Blacksite.

The Mindscape is an astral plane beyond the physical world as humans know it, being an empty white void with gigantic flying floating gears in the distance. There is also a white floating orb within the "dimension", emitting indescribable noises which are muffled.
In Pressure, the room deriving from the Mindscape that players can fall upon is somewhat different. The same floating inverted white gears are seen but this time in a black void around the player(s). The room has checkered floors that are black and white that seem to float for unknown reasons, as there is no foundation to the ground.
A document will appear in this room. As with other documents found during a playthrough (except Sebastian's document), it will be taken by Sebastian shortly after the player picks it up.
If the player is to fall into The Mindscape, they will die from environmental hazards.
